- Estimated turnaround times are provided in the app. Only order when you know you’ll be at the restaurant shortly after your order should be ready.
- Restaurants will check to make sure the name of the person picking up the order matches the name on the order. If you’re ordering and a colleague is picking up your order, add those instructions in "Special Requests".
